• Your domain never expires by accident. We watch the renewal date and your DNS settings, so your site and email don’t vanish over a missed bill.
• Your site is secure and backed up. The padlock (SSL) stays on, updates get done, and we take monthly backups and actually test that a restore works.
• Small changes are a text away. New hours, a staff photo, a price change. Send it over and it’s done within 2 business days.
• You see it all every month. A short report: what we checked, what we fixed, and how many people visited.
• You own everything. Your domain and your site are in your name. If you ever leave, you take it all with you. Nobody gets trapped.

Small changes update what’s already there (text, photos, business hours, prices). If a month’s requests go beyond what your plan covers, we’ll tell you first and quote the extra, so there are no surprise bills. Bigger changes go on your list or get a quick quote.

How “Up next” works

Your recap ends with a list of what we’d do next, in order. Each item is tagged with the package that covers it. A bigger package means more of the list happens at once. A lighter one means it moves slower, but nothing gets lost. The list is yours either way.
